Returns and refunds policy
SHIPPING
Our products can be shipped to any location on the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For now, we cannot ship to the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla.
All our orders will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours from the moment of purchase. Delivery time will be 24 to 72 business hours once the shipment has been processed.
Therefore, from the moment the purchase is confirmed, you will receive the order within a maximum of 5 working days at your home or at the collection point, depending on the delivery option chosen during the purchase process. These deadlines are subject to exceptional circumstances for reasons beyond our control.
Shipping costs are subject to the rates contracted with Correos, and orders over 120 euros are free of charge.
RETURNS
The SNC STUDIOS team wants our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and to have full confidence in us, which is why we will always facilitate the return process in case you are not satisfied with the product.
The return period is extended to 15 calendar days after receiving the product. To do so, within this period the customer must contact SNC STUDIOS by email or WhatsApp, informing them of the products they wish to return and the reason.
Once the application has been received, a link will be provided to fill in the necessary data:
-Complete the form sent through the link.
-Print the generated label and place it correctly on the properly packaged package-
-Take it to the nearest Post Office within the next 3 days or notify us if you prefer to collect the package at home, facilitating the collection of the same by the transport company.
The return request date applies from the moment the customer contacts us. We always try to reply as soon as possible, but if you have written to us within 15 days and you receive our reply later, there would be no problem. The return will be accepted if the rest of the conditions are met.
The product must arrive in perfect condition, without having been used. In the same condition and with the same packaging as it was sent (labels, product protection material, etc.)
Once the return has been received at our warehouse and we have verified that all the steps have been followed correctly, we will refund the amount of the returned products, deducting the cost of transport for return expenses. Except for pieces with factory defects, in these cases the return will be free. We would like to clarify that when it comes to handcrafted pieces, irregularities in colour, shape or finish of the piece will not be considered factory defects, as this is part of the charm of our brand's philosophy; we seek to escape perfection and for each piece to have its own personality.
The refund of the amount paid for the purchase will be carried out as soon as possible once we have received the product within the return period and under the same purchase conditions.
SNC STUDIOS reserves the right to refuse a return if the specified conditions are not met. If this situation occurs, you will be notified that the order is not eligible for return.
CHANGES
No changes can be made as such. To make an exchange of any product you will have to return the unwanted product, following the steps explained above and proceed to make a new purchase of the desired product.
Returns will only be made for products that are broken or in poor condition at the time of receipt. The seller will not be responsible for any damage that may arise from wear and tear.
